We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer for Catcloud — an exciting new international accounting adventure (No CV or cover letter required)

We are now looking for an experienced backend developer to help us scale our system, build new features, and create unique solutions that will redefine accounting in the Nordics.

What you'll be working on

• Developing and operating backend solutions with a focus on scalability and robustness

• Maintaining high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews

• Improving performance and stability across systems

• Automating and optimizing processes, leveraging AI where it makes sense

Who we're looking for

• Strong experience with TypeScript and GraphQL

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and cloud environments

• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions

• A product-oriented mindset, always considering the end user in technical decisions

• Structured, solution-focused, and passionate about writing clean, maintainable code

• Comfortable working independently when priorities shift

• Curious, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge with the team
