Project Engineers for Offshore & Subsea Projects – Long-Term Consulting Opportunities

We are expanding our engineering network and are looking for skilled Project Engineers interested in consulting assignments for a well-established client in the offshore and subsea industry.

As a consultant, you will contribute to demanding and varied projects related to subsea operations, offshore construction, IMR activities, engineering coordination, and project execution. This role suits engineers who enjoy a dynamic work environment and want to take part in high-quality project deliveries within a leading offshore segment.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting planning, engineering, and execution of offshore and subsea activities. The position suits engineers with a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with project managers, offshore teams, suppliers, and operational personnel.

This consultant role provides responsibility, exposure to complex operations, and opportunities for professional development.

• Support planning and execution of subsea and offshore operations

• Coordinate engineering tasks across installation, IMR, construction, or field development projects

• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and work packages

• Follow up subcontractors, suppliers, and technical deliverables

• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and HSE requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient project execution

• Interface with internal disciplines and offshore personnel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, marine, subsea, offshore, or similar)

• Experience from subsea/offshore projects, project engineering, installation, IMR, or operations

• Good understanding of offshore project execution and technical interfaces

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Ability to manage periods of high activity and multiple responsibilities
