Holsfjord Produkter is a modern and well-organised horticultural farm in Norway. We produce vegetables and berries such as cauliflower, lettuce, kale and Chinese cabbage. We focus on quality, efficiency, and a safe and positive working environment for all employees.

Our farm is located in Lier, approximately 40 km west of Oslo, with good access to nature and nearby cities.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are recruiting seasonal farm workers for the 2026 season. The main work consists of planting, harvesting, and general farm work. The job is physical and requires good stamina, but no formal education is needed.

The season runs from April to October 2026. The length of employment can be agreed individually.

MAIN TASKS

• Planting vegetables

• Manual harvesting of cauliflower, kale, and Chinese cabbage

• General farm maintenance and practical tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and understood)

• Valid driving license -- Category B (car)

• Previous agricultural experience is an advantage, but not required

• Physically fit and motivated to work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team

WE OFFER

• Legal employment in Norway with a seasonal work contract

• Hourly wage based on experience and performance

• Starting salary (no experience): 170--180 NOK per hour (gross)

• Overtime pay according to Norwegian labour regulations

• Holiday pay ("feriepenger") paid after the season

• Full-time work throughout the season

• Possibility for wage increase based on performance

• Safe and structured working conditions

• Accommodation provided on the farm (private room)

• Assistance with practical onboarding

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time seasonal employment (April--October 2026)

• Working days may include weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

• Working hours: daytime and evenings

• Work is outdoors and weather-dependent
