Working Foreman / Site Supervisor – Concrete & Formwork, Bergen

Skuteviken Personell We are looking for a structured and proactive Site Supervisor in the concrete and formwork industry.

You will be responsible for leading work on-site and ensuring the project progresses according to plan, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily work on the construction site

• Follow up on progress plans and ensure timely execution

• Order concrete, reinforcement steel, and other necessary materials

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE)

• Maintain checklists and documentation

• Participate in construction meetings and maintain good communication on site

Desired qualifications:

• Previous experience as a working foreman, site supervisor, or similar role within concrete/formwork

• Good understanding of construction processes and HSE procedures

• Driver's license (Category B)

• Must speak Norwegian or English
