Join Anvil as Leasing Manager in Oslo

Anvil is seeking a full-time leasing manager to join our office in Oslo to focus on minimizing void and vacancies across our 800,000m² portfolio, which averages more than 50,000m² in new leases and extensions annually. The role covers all of Anvil's leasing efforts in Norway across all real estate segments--- engaging directly with potential and existing tenants while also collaborating with leasing brokers and agents. Our projects includes ground-up development, major office buildings, industrial portfolios and high street retail properties. The right candidate is versatile, curious and energetic.

The candidate will be a part of the asset management team, which is at the heart of a dynamic and growing real estate company. The candidate has approximately 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, leasing, or client management from commercial real estate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Spearhead leasing efforts in Norway across all real estate segments with a primary focus on solving vacancies
• Engage directly with existing and potential tenants to build lasting tenant relationships
• Manage and coordinate with leasing brokers and agents
• Support the asset managers in lease extensions
• Produce high-level lease analysis and recommendations to our capital partners in cooperation with the company's asset managers

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of proven performance within sales, leasing or asset management
• Commercial mindset with proven experience in deploying creative strategies to secure successful outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Norwegian
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
