You’ll lead a talented team covering SEO, Paid, Social, PR/Visibility, and Creative --- with one shared goal: driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all markets. Your role

You’ll own our growth marketing strategy and lead the team that delivers it. You’ll set clear goals, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure execution happens at pace and with quality. You’ll connect marketing efforts closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product --- creating alignment across the full customer journey.

Your responsibilities include

• Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team (SEO, Paid, Social, PR, and Creative) to deliver measurable growth.

• Define, plan, and prioritize high-impact campaigns and experiments that drive traffic and conversions.

• Oversee performance marketing, tracking CAC, ROI, attribution, and other key funnel metrics.

• Ensure fast, high-quality execution across all channels --- keeping timelines and output sharp and coordinated.

• Drive collaboration with Product and Sales to align campaigns with launches, seasonal priorities, and key ICPs.

• Implement efficient processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to scale marketing performance globally.
