We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer

We’re searching for a capable Onsite Support Engineerwith a strong technical background to join our team and drive seamless deliverables. If you have a passion on and the expertise to shape high-impact projects, we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Do

• Install, assess, and test desktop software applications
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
• Support Windows 10/11 and Mac OS environments
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests efficiently
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues
• Support meeting rooms, AV setups, VIP users, and printers
• Handle Active Directory password resets and Azure portal / MFA support
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Required Skills

• Proven experience troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware issues, and SCCM deployments
• Understanding of M365 services, including Teams and Outlook configuration
• Familiarity with web services, API, and IP-based protocols
