We are now looking for a self-driven and outgoing Area Sales Manager to strengthen our international sales team.

Location: Rubbestadneset, Bømlo, Norway (20–30% international travel)

Reports to: Sales Director (Martin Hollund)

Your Role

As our Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving international sales of Matre’s fire protection products and system solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities in existing and new international markets.
• Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Representing Matre at international exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
• You will collaborate closely with a broader commercial team consisting of salespeople, sales engineers and order processors.

• A high level of energy and drive, with the ability to work proactively and persistently.
• A commercial mindset with a strong interest in technical solutions.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20–30%).
• Experience from the maritime or offshore industry, especially in technical sales or fire protection systems, is highly desirable.
