· Detailed and reliable, with a focus on meeting deadlines and customer expectations

Experience from customer service, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry, is an advantage but not a requirement. It will also be preferable if you already are Tromsø-

Arbeidsoppgaver

You will join our team of 5 people to ensure we provide our customers with great communication, supporting them through emails, text, calls and in person and helping manage the booking system.

The position is 70% part-time with weekend shifts in our office in Tromsø Centre, from the end of October to March 31st.

Responsibilities:

· Process incoming bookings from business customers via phone, email, and online systems

· Update and maintain booking systems with accurate information

· Handle changes, cancellations and complaints in a professional manner

· Contribute to reporting and follow-up of customer data to optimize service
