CCR Senior Production Technicians

Petrolink Support is looking for experienced CCR Senior Production Technicians for offshore international FPSO activities.

Contract location: International

Rotation: 28/28

Tasks

Typical work tasks will be

• Safe controls in start-up / shutdown of process equipment.

• Provide guidance to the field operators on field operation requirements.

• Alarm Management and investigation of repetitive alarming.

• Monitor operating parameters of level, pressure, flow rate, temperature etc. 

• Liaise with concerned parties on current operating conditions.

• Adjust operating parameters set points to meet process and product requirements as stipulated in guidelines or operating envelope.

• Produce daily operations report, highlighting equipment and process faults compiled from operators timely.

• Assist the team lead in preparation of monthly plant performance and equipment run hours, including availability statistics.

• Operate safeguarding systems.

• Maintain records showing movement of plant documents and tools/equipment. 

• Update the incoming control room operator on the status.

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in control room operations.

• Technical competence certification.

• Essential Offshore Safety Training: BOSIET, HUET, FOET.

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.

• Self-organized, self-driven.

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
