About the position

We’re looking for a responsible and quality-focused Housekeeping Manager for our apartment hotel in Grünerløkka, Oslo.
The property consists of 18 elegant apartments, and we’re now seeking a key person who can ensure top-notch cleaning quality while overseeing the overall operation and standard of the building.

This is not your typical cleaner position -- it’s a role for someone who wants to take full ownership of quality throughout the building, improve systems and routines, and play a crucial part in the guest experience we deliver.

What we’re looking for

• You have an eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness and order.

• You’re structured, efficient, and make things happen.

• You’re comfortable using apps and technology in your daily work.

• You’re flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy responsibility.

• You have relevant experience from hotels, Airbnb, or similar environments.

• Bonus: A driver’s license and access to a car are a plus (we cover mileage expenses).

• You speak at least good English -- communication is key, both spoken and written.

Main responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of apartments and common areas

• Ensuring routines and quality across the entire building

• Managing supplies and equipment inventory

• Updating cleaning schedules and checklistse

• Contributing to system and process improvements

• Collaborating with the technical team, laundry, and other departments

Apartment hotel in Kirkegårdsgata, Oslo (Grünerløkka)

We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Working hours are flexible, but standard check-in/out time is between 10:00--16:00.
