📌 Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Completion Engineer to take on the role of PIMS Work Prep Lead. Based in Stord, you will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and quality assurance of work packs within PIMS.

This role is key to ensuring technical accuracy and execution readiness across engineering, construction, and commissioning teams, and reports directly to the Offshore Hook-up Manager.

🔑 Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of work packs in PIMS for the offshore hook-up scope.
• Collaborate closely with Fabrication Engineering to ensure smooth data and scope transfer from MIPS to PIMS.
• Ensure all work packs are complete, accurate, and aligned with project milestones, technical needs, and internal procedures.
• Interface across disciplines (engineering, construction, commissioning) to gather input and ensure readiness.
• Monitor progress and report on work pack status, readiness, and potential bottlenecks.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within the work pack process.
• Maintain clear traceability of revisions and changes within PIMS.

🎓 Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project completion, commissioning, or construction in the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience with PIMS or other similar project information management systems.
• Solid knowledge of work pack development, execution planning, and project lifecycle.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and stakeholders.

Work location: Stord

On-site only (this is not a rotational role).
