SIRVA is growing and is looking for enthusiastic freelance Relocation Consultants to strengthen our team in Norway!

Who we are looking for you:

• Independent schedule or you already have a flexible job that allows you to have day time availability;

• A communicative and confident person;

• With a good sense of empathy;

• Strong communication skills;

• Having the ability to work ad hoc or switch quickly;

• Fluent in English and fluent/understands Norwegian language;

• Is in possession of a driving licence and car;

• Preferably you have previous experience in the Relocation /Customer service Business

  
  

Here are some of the main tasks you will be performing:

• Provide assignee a tailor-made orientation tour in the new city;

• Organize and accompany a home search for the assignee with topics like: property viewings, setting up of utilities and a check-in appointment;

• Accompany at a school viewing as part of the school search;

• Provide assistance and/or advise on several settling-in topics like: opening a bank account, town hall registration, utilities connections, driver's license exchange and all kinds of other local practices;

• Provide assistance and advise upon departure with topics like: termination of lease contract, (pre-) inspection of the property, handover appointment and cancelation of utilities, schools, insurances, subscriptions.
