As we continue our international growth and strengthen our position across the maritime industries, we are looking for a Vice President Sales & Marketing who can translate strategy into commercial growth and inspire the organisation to achieve its ambitions.

Purpose of the roleThe Vice President Sales & Marketing is responsible for translating Evotec's strategic ambitions into commercial growth by creating direction, strengthening customer value, and leading the continued development of the company's commercial organisation.

Further develop our commercial strategy and priorities

Lead and develop our team of sales managers and tender managers

Strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities

Develop a high-performing commercial organisation through effective ways of working, collaboration and execution.

Create collaboration across functions, concepts and locations

Contribute actively to the Executive Management Team and the continued development of Evotec

Extensive experience in commercial leadership, sales and business development within the maritime industry or related technology sectors.

A proven ability to translate business strategy into commercial execution and profitable growth.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across functions and locations.

Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and build long-term customer value.

The ability to communicate complex technology in a way that creates clear customer understanding and commercial impact.

Technical background or strong technical insight, enabling constructive dialogue with customers and engineering teams.
We believe that strong teams are built through close collaboration and everyday interaction. As a key member of the management team, you are therefore expected to be present at our headquarters in Ulsteinvik when not travelling.
The position reports to the CEO.
