Test & Validation Research Engineer

Are you passionate about advancing battery technology? We’re looking for a skilled and driven Test & Validation Research Engineer to support our R&D efforts in developing high-performance Li-ion battery cells.

In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in testing and data analysis to validate innovative battery designs and contribute to cutting-edge energy solutions.

Main duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on electrochemical testing and characterization of Li-ion cells in collaboration with engineers and technicians.
• Design and implement testing protocols to evaluate battery performance under diverse operating conditions.
• Analyze the effects of materials and environmental factors on battery efficiency, safety, and lifespan.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and produce clear, actionable reports to guide product development.
• Troubleshoot and optimize testing procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and repeatability.
• Collaborate across teams to support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing battery technology.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of our development phases, immediate availability is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in battery testing and data analysis, preferably with Li-ion technology.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and environmental testing of Li-ion battery cells, including use of lab equipment and data acquisition tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, supporting teamwork and clear presentation of technical findings.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in battery technology and electrochemical research.
