We are seeking a Graduate Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team at our headquarters in Sandefjord. In this role you will work in a team of experienced finance professionals, close to top-level decision makers. ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will take part in analysing Jotun Group’s financial performance and contribute to turning numbers into insights that support strategic decisions. You will gain exposure to international business operations and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will report to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis and take part in the following:

Analysing Jotun Group's financial performance across various dimensions including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

Develop reports, memos, and presentations to key stakeholders, including Group Management and the Board of Directors.

Develop and maintain financial models, metrics and reporting tools.

Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis

Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis

Fluent in English and Norwegian both written and verbal

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Able to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems

Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way
