Join Us as a C++ Software Developer -- Hand-Held Ultrasound

We are looking for skilled C++ Software Developers to help build the next generation of hand-held ultrasound devices, including the Vscan Air product family.

Location: Oslo (or Horten)
Start: Nov 2025
Duration: Oct 2026

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and test modern C++ software for medical ultrasound applications on macOS, iOS, and Android.

• Develop robust, well-documented, and maintainable code that stands the test of time.

  Work on exciting areas such as:

• Mobile app development (Qt, Objective C++, Java)

• GUI-based features

• SDK features enabling ultrasound data access & acquisition control

• Automated testing & stress testing (HAST)

What We’re Looking For: Must have:

• Degree in Computer Science or STEM (or equivalent experience)

• Advanced experience with modern C++ (C++11 or later)

• Proven background in designing complex software systems

• Experience with unit testing & modern development practices (Git, code review, pull requests)

• Proficient in English

Nice to have:

• Cross-platform development (macOS, iOS, Android, Windows)

• Qt/QML and native iOS/Android development

• Graphics programming (OpenGL, Vulkan, D3D, WebGPU)

• Test automation & integration testing
