Kindly consists of two tech teams, the Product team and the Integrations team. The Product team is focused on building our core products, and the Integrations team is focused on designing and delivering integrations to our customers.
There will be many important choices to be made on which technologies to use, and how we can make the team efficient and create scalable integrations.
Integrations are a high focus from the management in Kindly, so both the team and you will have a high impact on Kindly going forward.

🌟 What you will do:
As a Software Engineer on the Customer Integrations Team, your job will be to:
- Build complex and scalable integrations between our AI agent product and wide range of 3rd party systems our customers use
- Improve and automate developer cycles, tech stack, and they way we build integrations
- Communicate with clients on technical requirements and scope integrations
- Release integrations to millions of users
🌟 Who we think you are:
- 3-5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Python
- Experience with databases such as Redis and Postgres
- Experience in extracting technical information from non technical people to design integrations
- Experience with writing unit & integration testing
- Firebase
- Typescript
- Kubernetes
- GCP
- CI/CD and automation
- Background in computer science or engineering, with formal training in data structures, and system architecture
- Experience in IT management consulting, or acting as a solutions or sales engineer
- Option to buy stocks at a discount
