Mortens Kro is now looking for a dedicated and skilled chef to strengthen our team. This is a full-time position (100%) with immediate start, running until Christmas – with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Located just outside Oslo, Mortens Kro is known for serving traditional Norwegian cuisine made from scratch. Our kitchen is at the heart of the business, serving guests in our restaurant, banquet facilities, and catering department. We value our kitchen staff highly and ensure good training and support. Together, we create memorable experiences for our guests every single day.

• Prepare and plate dishes according to our standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• Be part of the rotating shift schedule

• Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP/IK-Mat)
• Norwegian and/or English
