Position Summary

Ulmo AS is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor -- Water & Sewer Infrastructure to manage the daily execution of water and sewer infrastructure (VA) projects in Norway.

In this role, you will lead on-site project teams and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. You will work closely with project management and skilled technicians at various project locations throughout Norway.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on leadership, project responsibility, and working in dynamic infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities on project sites

• Manage project progress, planning, and allocation of personnel and equipment

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards

• Maintain communication with project management, team members, and clients

• Ensure work is performed according to contracts, specifications, and regulations

• Supervise and motivate project team members

• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of project activities

• Manage tools, materials, and equipment on site

• Participate in pipe and pipeline installation work when required

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Site Supervisor in infrastructure or pipeline projects

• Technical background in pipeline construction, water infrastructure, mechanical installation, or civil engineering

• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments is an advantage

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Familiarity with HSE/HMS safety procedures

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian, or another Scandinavian language (B1--B2 level)
