As our Finance & Accounting organization transitions to SAP S/4 HANA, we are gearing up for a pivotal phase. With testing starting this year and full implementation planned for next year, we are looking for new team members to help us navigate this transformation. Responsibility and tasks

• Month end reporting with cost/revenue accruals and follow up of forecasts for business unit/projects

• Yearly budget/plan, monthly forecast

• Reporting and follow up a specific cost/profit center/ business unit/project.

• Monthly variance analysis and profitability reporting.

• Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews

• Finance advisor for the operational organization, including financial training.

• Calculate and maintain internal cost rates.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and processes.

• Process improvements.

• Participate in quarterly audits, - external and internal

• Sap S4 implementation tasks

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting

• 2 - 5 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferable from the oil industry

Good Excel skills

Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills

Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture

Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
