2 Chefs + 1 Waiter/Waitress (Couple Preferred)

We're hiring two skilled chefs and one waiter/waitress for the winter season — preferably a couple applying together (one chef + one front-of-house). This helps us with accommodation logistics and team dynamics — and ensures you’ll have a great experience both at work and during your stay.

• Preparing delicious, no-fuss dishes from a well-curated seasonal menu
• Working with fresh ingredients, raclette, and hearty lunch plates.
• Creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience, both in the kitchen and on the floor
• Supporting après ski service, busy weekends, and rotating shifts with a great team

• Start Date: December 1st
• End of Season: Late April
• Schedule: Flexible, rolling shifts with set days off
• Tips: Approx. 40–50 NOK/hour, split equally between all staff
• Accommodation: Affordable housing just a short walk from the restaurant

• Professional chef
• Strong understanding of kitchen systems: prep, flow, cleanliness, stock control
• Calm under pressure, clean and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable communicating in English

• Experience in restaurant or café service
• Warm, positive, and attentive to guests
• A true team player – no ego, no drama
• Strong English skills
