A once-in-a-lifetime dining room. A team with heart. Located five meters below the ocean surface at the southern tip of Norway, we are home to one of the world’s most unique dining experiences. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our front of house team and are now looking for a talented Sommelier to join us at Under.
About the RoleAs Sommelier, you’ll be an integral part of our guest experience, curating wine pairings and non-alcoholic journeys that complement our tasting menu and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our restaurant leadership to shape a beverage program that celebrates terroir, craftsmanship, and sustainability, while creating memorable moments for our guests. This is an opportunity to make your mark in a unique dining room beneath the waves --- where every detail matters and where your passion can shine.
Who You Are-
You have solid sommelier training and experience from fine dining or ambitious restaurants
