The Graduate Development Scheme
As a Commercial Graduate you will join one of the key commercial departments. The departments in this programme include Project Cost Control, Tendering and HSSE.

The departments

Project Cost Control
This function is part of the Project Services and comprises Cost Management. The role ensures the provision of all cost control on the project including budget set up, updates and monitoring, change management, variation estimating, cost reporting, risk contingency and management as well as all forecasting activities.

Tendering
The overall task in Tendering is to secure order intake for Subsea7 Norway.
The Tendering department is responsible for compilation, submission and negotiation of the Tender submission from receipt of requests from Clients, through clarifications and negotiation, to award and handover to the execution teams, in line with Company strategy to maximise the return on assets and minimise risk exposure. Tendering is part of an overall Sales & Marketing Department, together with business functions of Market Analysis and Business Planning and Business Development

HSSE

The purpose of the HSSEQ function is to be a relevant business partner providing a Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality framework to enable the organisation to achieve this commitment.

Our graduates
A graduate career at Subsea7 is a challenging environment, but equally, it is a fully supportive and dynamic place to work. We are looking for graduates in the areas of BSc/MSc/MBA in Economics/Finance, Health/Safety, or Business and Legal Studies.
The Commercial Graduate Development Scheme allows the graduates to gain a variety of experiences, which include various training sessions and networking events in addition to on-the-job development. All graduates are assigned a buddy.

The positions are based in Stavanger with onboarding in September 2026.
