Fish Factory Workers Needed

Right now, we are looking for hardworking and reliable people to join a busy fish production facility in the Orkanger / Trondheim area. The seafood industry is one of Norway’s most important industries, and behind every product leaving the factory is a team of people who take pride in quality, precision, and teamwork.

This is not an office job. It’s physical work in a fast-paced environment where focus, discipline, and cooperation are important. Some days are intense, but they are also rewarding for people who enjoy staying active and being part of a strong team.

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to work.

Experience from food production, industrial work, fish farming, slaughtering, or seafood processing is highly valued. Experience with fish filleting is a big advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

You should:

• Have good physical condition and a strong work ethic
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stay focused and maintain quality throughout the workday
• Work well independently and together with others
• Understand the importance of hygiene and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
• Speak and understand English and/or Norwegian well
