What you will be doing?

• As our new Customer Success Manager, you'll be a vital link between our customers and our software

• Lead pre-boarding sessions and workshops to confirm perfect product fit

• Manage new customer onboarding and implementations end-to-end

• Account Management

• Build trusted, long-term customer relationships

• Maximize the value customers get from Kabal and identify opportunities for growth

• Run regular client meetings and engaging product demos

In short: you'll connect the dots between deep logistics knowledge, data-driven insights, and commercial impact.
