To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Account Executives to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle , contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Norwegian market benefiting from an attractive commission structure and plenty of career growth opportunities in B2B Sales & Business Excellence.
Your mission:-
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.

Business Development: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email.

Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and present tailored solutions.

Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.

Account Growth: Continuously work to expand and strengthen your accounts, increasing revenue and ensuring customer success with support from the Customer Success department.

A proven track record in B2B sales

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

The ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, inNorwegian with fluency in English

Comprehensive 4 weeks onboarding and ongoing support
