Fatland is hiring Butchers/Deboners!

Are you an experienced and meticulous butcher/deboner? Due to increased activity, we are looking for talented deboners who thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Workplace: Fatland Jæren (Hommersåk), one of Norway's leading meat production companies.

Responsibilities:

As a deboner at Fatland you will:

• Debone, cut and trim beef parts, sorting of cuts

• Ensure product quality and output of the beef carcasses

• Helping the workflow run smoothly and supporting your team

• Following hygiene, food safety, and HSE routines

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a butcher/deboner

• Ability to use knives, sharping tools for de-boning

• High degree of precision and focus on quality

• Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements in the food industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills in Norwegian or English

Personal traits

• Accurate, organized, and quality-minded

• Team player, positive, and self-driven

• Comfortable with physically demanding, fast-paced work
