The role

Honestly: a lot of phone time. You'll call companies that aren't expecting you, spark their interest, and book meetings for our senior colleagues. You'll also follow up on inbound leads, write emails, and keep our CRM (Pipedrive) in order.

Cold calling isn't for everyone. But if the idea of winning people over on the phone appeals to you, this is one of the steepest and best learning curves in sales.

Who we're looking for

• Fluent Norwegian and good English

• Willing to pick up the phone again and again without losing your spark

• Digitally savvy and genuinely interested in technology

• You want to learn, grow and help build something

Experience in sales is not required. We provide training, scripts, tools and close follow-up from day one.
