At Elopak, we’re committed to sustainability and excellence. As a Project Evaluation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in assessing customer projects for viability and alignment with our standards, while driving efficient execution and collaboration across teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain Elopak’s fact file area to ensure key data is structured and accessible.
- Collect, validate, and document the data through Customer Project Documentation filed by the market units, as well as supportive documentation
- Coordinate and manage the Project Validation Team (PVT), including bi-weekly meetings with agenda and follow-up.
- Maintain and update documents, content and procedures relevant for the PVT, also constantly updating the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tool to support project evaluations.
- Prepare clear communication and decision packages for customer projects.
- Support internal stakeholders (e.g. KAM, Supply Chain, Quality, Design) in project execution and product portfolio understanding.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and training for project-related roles.
The position is located at Elopak Corporate Offices in Spikkestad/Norway, with no travel involved.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, technical field, or equivalent professional training
- +3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Skilled in project coordination and organization with a knack for analyzing data and making informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Norwegian language skills can be a plus, but are not mandatory.
