In this role, you will contribute to governance, integration and the continuous development of our global systems. You will work closely with enterprise architecture, managed service partners, and process owners across the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting system standardization, data integrity, and enhancements, as well as staying updated on new features and leveraging AI opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with solid expertise in technology, system integration, and data flows, who can translate business needs into system improvements and help secure effective deployment and adoption across the Group.

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate NetSuite globally as the Group’s ERP solution.
  • Ensure governance and alignment across core applications: NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Anaplan (planning & forecasting), and Power BI (reporting & analytics).
  • Collaborate with all managed service partners and internal process owners to develop, integrate, and improve the systems.
  • Assist in driving global standardization, master data governance, data integrity, and best practices across applications.
  • Stay up to date on new features, releases, and best practices in NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Power BI -- and evaluate their business value.
  • Contribute to automation, AI opportunities, and continuous system enhancement initiatives.
  • Act as a key link between business and IT for Group-wide application projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as system coordinator, associate, or administrator for NetSuite (or similar ERP), with familiarity across Salesforce, Anaplan, and BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of technology, system integration, data flows, and system design -- with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Experience supporting process owners to ensure effective deployment, adoption, and optimization of systems.
  • Skilled in vendor/partner collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • Interest in and knowledge of AI opportunities in ERP, CRM, and reporting systems is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to stay updated on product roadmaps, release cycles, and innovations across all core applications.
