As our next Performance & Marketing Automation Specialist, your work will help the organizations behind these stories discover Fotoware. You will own and optimize our paid media activities, execute marketing automation through HubSpot, and support campaigns and product launches through performance-driven execution and insights.
You will help drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth by improving conversion throughout the funnel. Working closely with both Marketing and Sales, you will play a key role in optimizing lead quality, funnel performance, and business results.
Key responsibilitiesPaid Media- Own, manage, and optimize paid media activities across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches through audience targeting, paid promotion, and performance optimization.
- Manage budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, performance, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization of ads, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Identify new opportunities to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Own and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot with a strong focus on lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and funnel performance.
- Build and maintain automated workflows, customer journeys, and email programs.
- Manage email communications, including newsletters, event communications, and campaign-related email activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel and campaign performance, including MQL conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity conversion, email engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead handoff, follow-up processes, and continuous optimization of lead quality and conversion.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, email marketing, reporting, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and marketing funnel performance.
- Experience working closely with Sales and understanding how marketing activities contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, reporting on, and optimizing marketing and funnel performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are a proactive and hands-on marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
- You are self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, a bias for action, and a genuine interest in improving performance through testing, optimization, and continuous learning.
