Snøhetta is a transdisciplinary architecture and design studio with a global presence. Our Oslo studio---the largest in our group---holds a central position in shaping Snøhetta’s international direction, with responsibility for the Nordic region, parts of Europe, and the Middle East.

This is a role for someone who leads with clarity and curiosity, and who understands the value of architecture as a cultural and societal force. We seek a strategic and collaborative leader who can inspire teams and drive innovation.

As Managing Director, you will guide the studio’s strategic, operational, and cultural development, ensuring alignment with Snøhetta’s global vision, designing inclusive and sustainable environments that connect people, culture, and nature.

Together with the leadership team, you will contribute to long-term planning, operational growth, strengthened business development and financial performance as well as overall studio development.

We are looking for someone with senior leadership experience in architecture, design, or other project-based environments. You understand how creative studios work, have strong commercial insight, and are confident leading both people and processes. You communicate with integrity and drive meaningful results through collaboration.
