Strategic Procurement SpecialistJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
