Strategic Procurement Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
