Bar Manager, Oche Torggata

We're Hiring: Bar Manager at Oche Torggata (Full-Time, Permanent) 📍 Location: Oslo | Start Date: Mid-August (training period), Full Takeover: September 1st

Oche Torggata is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Bar Manager to lead our team and help deliver world-class guest experiences with a fun, energetic twist. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and knows how to balance smooth operations with good vibes, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar
• Leading, training, and motivating the bar team
• Managing stock, ordering, and inventory control
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing laws
• Creating a great atmosphere that aligns with the Oche brand
• Working closely with the venue management team to meet sales targets and improve guest satisfaction

About You:

• Proven experience in a bar management or leadership role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities in English (Norwegian is a plus)
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service
• Ready to start around August 15th to train with our current bar manager, before taking full charge from September 1st
