Manager Industrial Cooperation \& Strategic Partnerships

Due to Significant growth, it is needed to strengthen the Large Caliber Business Unit within areas of Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships. We are looking for a person who can strengthen the Business Units ability to execute on Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnership activities. In addition, you will participate in or lead projects with the purpose of improving our internal business processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Industrial Cooperation

  • Establish, maintain and develop Industrial Cooperation activities for the Business Unit.
    Establish and execute offset project on behalf of the Business Unit

• Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish, maintain and develop Strategic Partners for the Business Unit.

• Business Development

  • Develop of new Business and or capabilities for the Business Unit.

• Project Management

  • Project leader or participate as a project member for internal projects either Business Unit or Corporate initiated.

Main Tasks

• Identify and drive new projects together with industrial partners.

• Establish and build network in the industrial partner organization.

• Book and plan meetings with industrial partners and third-party government, EU etc.)

• Participate in or lead projects aimed at improving the “way we work” internally.

• Project owner or leader of joint projects with the industrial partner.

• Understand and position Nammo for external financing of projects via different funding sources (EU, Offset etc.).

Desired Qualifications

• Education at minimum bachelor level, master preferred

• Experience from working with strategic partnerships.

• Project management experience

• Experience in sales of complex products or solutions.

• Ability to understand what creates value for a company such as Nammo.

• Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.

• Knowledge of how to work in a Matrix organization.

The position will require that the candidate can get a security clearance from the Norwegian National security organization.
