Continuous Improvement lead/engineer with experience in onshore or offshore projects.

Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

Drive continuous improvement in the project by identifying and following up on prioritized improvement activities
Facilitate improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methods and principles
Enhance processes and meeting culture through structured continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications we think you should have:

Higher education preferred; extensive relevant experience may compensate
Experience in offshore industry and workshop operations
Background in continuous improvement within a project organization, including Agile & Lean facilitation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of NS ISO 9000 series and ISO 31000 standards
Proven leadership experience and teamwork skills
Strong written and verbal English skills
