Newly opened Restaurant & Cocktailbar in Nesna, Nordland, Norway.
In the winter time the restaurant is opened 4-6 days a week, and in the spring/summer open 7 days a week.
The restaurant is beautifully located close to the marina and ocean in Nesna. In the summer time especially a lot of tourist is passing by as we are located close to the dock where Hurtigruten (cruise ship) and ferries are taking locals and tourist to some of the very popular islands in the Helgeland area.
Job description
Full time job.
Responsible for the daily routines, together with our CEO.
Responsible for food production/purchases, stock control and hygiene in the kitchen.
High level of service, and ensure of economic profitability
Planning season based menues
Setting up job router for the kitchen team.
A la carte and group servings
Skills:
Chef education and relevant work experience, not necessarily as a head chef
Good english skills
Nordic language is a bonus.
Passion for food and cooking
Hard working, systematic and reliable
Good economical control and understanding
Working hours and place of work Primarily afternoon/evening
Start date: As soon as possible (march-april 2020)
Salary Tarif-based, after agreement
Other information: Accomodation through work contract
