Translator / interpreter
The Embassy of Algeria is seeking to recruit a full-time translator / interpreter.
The position of translator / interpreter covers a variety of tasks and duties such as the translation of all correspondence, text or writing, and more generally all documents entrusted within the framework of administrative work. The translator / interpreter can also be required, if needed, to carry out the task of simultaneous translation.
Education, knowledge & skills:
· University degree in translation or languages
· Excellent command of French, English, and Norwegian
· Competent in computers
· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility
Salary:
To be agreed during the interview.
Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position.
