Nammo AS is looking for an experienced and team-oriented Treasury Manager to join the Nammo Group finance department. Nammo Group has a centralized treasury function and as a Treasury Manager, you will play an important role in enabling us to achieve our ambitions for Treasury and Finance. The Treasury Manager will report to the CFO.
We are looking for you who have experience with larger international companies. You are accurate, structured and put in an extra effort when needed. You are characterized by being curious, interested in continuous improvement and digital solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the Groups cash management function, including cash forecasting
- Manage and operate the Groups FX hedging program
- Manage Group financing
- Manage the Groups insurance programs for property and liability, including claims handling
- Coordinate requirements for financial services with the subsidiaries
- Train subsidiary personnel in financial and insurance matters
- Propose improvements in financial and insurance matters to group management
- Participate in M&A processes
- Responsible for improving and implementing Group Finance directives, processes and supporting systems across the Group
- Regular communication with relevant financial institutions
Qualifications:

Minimum Master degree in Finance or similar

Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience within Finance

Worked in international companies with matrix organization

Experience from several of the following areas:
- Cash management
- Credit management
- Foreign Exchange (FX) management
- Management of insurance programs
- Handling of insurance claims

Managing financial tasks in M&A processes

Broad business understanding and great analytical skills

Strong communication skills, speak and write English at a high level
Knowledge:
The right candidate has knowledge of:
- Operation of treasury systems
- Operation of FX trading platforms
- Compliance with legal reporting requirement from finance functions
- Construction of credit agreements
- Construction of insurance policies
