We are now looking for an Operator Service Center/ Reception to join our service minded Real Estate and Facility team of six working for a more sustainable future through supporting our business lines. This is a firm position, full time. The location for the position is at our offices in Rubbestadneset, Bømlo and at Heiane, Stord.
What will you be doing
In this position, your work is in the service center and this will include hospitality services in the Reception, switchboard services for all Wärtsilä companies in Norway and administrative support for the rest of the organization.
For us to be the best match, we expect you to have good Norwegian and English knowledge both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage to have good knowledge of administrative tools and experience from working in service related professions.
As Service Operator , your work will mainly focus on these responsibilities:
- Reception and hospitality service in Wärtsilä Norway (2 sites).
- Common switchboard operation for all 4 Legal entities and all sites in Norway.
- Internal / External Postal handling
- Security services with regards to ISPS area Rubbestadneset.
- Premises security and fire protection and evacuation.
- Gate and admission -- access system administration
- Administration, facility and purchase support task
You will shine in this role, when you have:
- Service minded and energic attitude
- Good experience in Microsoft office 365
- Experience from working with Excel
- Knowledge of Facility management
