We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team in Oslo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our industrial IoT SaaS products, focusing on infrastructure development, automation, and platform security.

Contribute to the development of a robust and secure platform for our products, bridging the gap between infrastructure and product development.

Automate software deployment processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve development lifecycle and platform stability.

Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices, emphasizing infrastructure-as-code (IaC).

Test and monitor applications and services to ensure optimal performance and adherence to SLAs.

Develop and maintain tooling for logging, alerting, and continuous monitoring.

Administer the SaaS software through the creation and management of necessary tools.

Kubernetes and Docker

Helm, Terraform, Kustomize, Prometheus, Loki.js, Grafana

GitHub and GitHub Actions

PostgreSQL database

Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare

1-3 years of DevOps experience

Experience or interest in programming

Basic understanding of Network technology (NATs, subnetting, domain setup, OSI model)

Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Travis, Jenkins)

Strong knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting

The role is hybrid, requiring weekly presence in the Oslo office.
