In your daily work, you will be involved in:
- ICT/IKT technical design
- Involvement from sketch work to follow-up on the construction site
- Subject and discipline responsibility in projects
- Tender work, electrical descriptions and cost estimates
- Project manager
- Engaging with clients and cultivating customer relationships
- Ensuring first-class project delivery
- Contributing to the training and development of your colleagues
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute with their experience and expertise. You enjoy complex technical issues, find it exciting to work with others, and want to contribute to our inclusive work environment. We value employees who can understand the customer's perspectives and who are dedicated to finding good technical solutions. We are looking for someone who is curious, seeks new insights and improvements, and has a high degree of flexibility.
In addition, you have:
- Master's or bachelor's degree, but other relevant backgrounds are also considered positive
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from, for example, consulting, contracting, or development
- Experience with ICT/IKT design and interest in learning more about digital tools and platforms.
- Interest or experience as a discipline leader
- Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

COWI has customers and projects that may require security clearance at various levels. There may therefore be requirements for security clearance in some projects/positions.
