Perform general business administrative activities for different departments
As a Summer Intern you will perform general business administrative activities for different departments :
Corporate Affairs & Communication :
Travel booking
Handling of incoming mail
Assist organizing internal & external meetings
Submit and follow up We Care requests
Assist with preparations for ONS
Ad hoc tasks
Human Resources & Legal department :
Archive documents both electronically and physically
Coordination of International mobility activities (housing, immigration etc)
Contract &Procurement department :
Perform anti-corruption compliance check of suppliers.
Perform analysis and updates of data recorded in our contract system AGORA
University students who will within summer 2020 have completed at least three years of studies (bachelor)

Only students living in Norway will be considered. Work place Stavanger, no accomodation/travel cost will be coverered.
