Regional Parts & Service Specialist (Norway, Sweden)

Key responsibilities:
- Sell Parts and Service in a geographical area.
- Be part of Account team and customer interactions.
- Assess customers’ total potential for Parts & Services.
- Assess customers’ equipment performance and reliability via parts availability and service effectiveness to ultimately reduce operational costs for the Customer.
- Develop a sales and service plan for designated accounts or territory.
- Develop customer relationships that ensure customers remain loyal to company’s brands.
- Liaise between customers and company to ensure all warranty claims are settled in a timely fashion and are fast tracked as much as possible.
- Assess technical issues with all company’s products, and prepare/submit quotations for small to medium expenditure for the Account Manager
- Assist with site dissemination of bulletins and alerts for all company’s products.
- Travel to customer sites and partnering with customers to provide solutions with respect to aftermarket parts, service and tools & consumables.
- Monitor parts usage patterns and liaise with Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items.
- Achieve budgeted revenue.
- Ensure all accounts are operating within company’s trading terms.
- Conduct monthly reviews of account status, including but not limited to AR and revenue.
Requirements:
- Good understanding mining technologies and tunneling
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales within international companies,
- Engineering education or relevent experience,
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Understanding on financial issues,
- Good level of ITC skills (MS Office, 1C, CRM),
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills,
- Striving for long-term customer relationships,
- Responsible and results-oriented.
