We are now looking for a leader for our Embedded Hardware department. We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in the intersection of technology, workflow, and people, and who loves helping others excel! In this role, you will contribute to setting a direction for the team and ensuring progress in development tasks while providing the team with what they need to perform optimally.

Your most important areas of ownership

Be a caretaker for a team of highly skilled developers and engineers.

Through close collaboration with product managers and other departments, ensure the team follows the company's goals and visions and sets the right priorities in development work.

Ensure the team has the necessary skills and capacity, through training and recruitment.

Hold personnel responsibility, which at Easee means motivating, coaching, and developing employees.

Develop and oversee workflows and processes within the team, including planning, prioritizing, and delegating development tasks.

Identify areas for improvement related to workflows and processes and implement necessary measures.

Your background might include

Relevant higher education in technical fields, embedded software development, project management,

Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in acquiring knowledge at the intersection of technology and business.

Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with embedded programming C/C++, electronics, or other relevant fields.

Experience with agile methods for product development.
