Global Test Manager

We are now recruiting for a Global Test Manager. In this position you will together with our testers and development teams, project and product managers be working on delivering high quality products ranging from mobile to desktop and web applications.
As a Global Test Manager in NAVTOR, you will be joining an international team of highly talented people with a passionate interest in development and delivery of software products
Duties and responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of test activities
- Follow-up of testers and location responsible in the different teams and regions
- Help building test suite-, plans- and test cases for our product portfolio
- Participate in manual testing
- Implementation of Software QA Governance procedures
- Create and deliver software test plans, test strategies and test summary reports as part of our projects
- Monitoring and delivery of progress reports
- Work together with QA Architect for Test Automation
- Collaboration with development teams, project and product managers
- Communication with stakeholders
- Take an active role in improving our test methods and test tools
- Participate in our Software QA Council for continuously improving our processes and procedures in building high quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years working experience within software testing
- Experience as a Test Manager managing multiple teams
- Experience with product portfolio including web, desktop and mobile applications
- Good knowledge within relevant testing tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of ISTQB, certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills Speak and write English fluently
- Relevant education at university level or equivalent
