Head chef(full-time position)
We are looking for the successor for our head chef, who will be leaving us this spring after three successful years.
Our head chef's key responsibilities are:
- Maintain and further develop our restaurant's seafood concept
- Maintain our strict routines with regards to food quality and hygiene. Our routines exceed the requirements of Norwegian authorities.
- Our Head Chef will also be responsible for formulating an updated set of kitchen routines and to monitor these via the app Agrippa.
- Be professionally responsible for the training and management of additional chefs and chef assistants, and ensure that everyone contributes optimally to an efficient team.
- As Head Chef, you will report directly to Støtt's General Manager.
- Salary according to qualifications and experience.
- This full-time position allows for holidays and compensatory time off during the winter.
Seasonal Chef (1 May -- 31 August)
We are looking for two skilled and service-minded chefs with prior experience from the restaurant trade. In our hiring, we emphasise the ability to be a team player, willingness to learn, independence and high culinary standards.
Extensive experience with food preparation -- and especially with seafood -- is a definite plus. You will receive training in Støtt's seafood concept and work under the supervision of our Head Chef.
Professional qualities such as flexibility, initiative and being a good team player are vital.

- Our Head Chef, Seasonal Chefs and Assistant Chefs must all be fluent in English, as this the main language used amongst our kitchen staff.
