Are you a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager looking for an opportunity to drive impact and innovation in the renewable energy industry? Glint Solar, a leading provider of solar PV prospecting, design, and analysis software, is seeking a talented individual to join our marketing team and lead our content marketing efforts.
The world needs to increase the amount of renewable energy to battle climate change. Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to find the best solar project locations.
Solar energy is growing at a tremendous rate, but reducing early risks and making data-driven decisions from the start is increasingly crucial for solar developers. Our innovative software allows solar developers to identify suitable areas of land and analyze the potential power production from the area in a much quicker way than what’s currently available. Our goal is to drastically speed up renewable energy adoption by making it fast and simple to develop solar projects, in order to accelerate what we call the Solar Revolution.

Your role:
As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through compelling content initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in B2B content marketing, SEO, and audience segmentation to create personalized content tailored to the unique needs of utility-scale solar professionals across Europe and beyond. From captivating videos and eye-catching images to informative ebooks and interactive templates, you'll be responsible for crafting content that resonates with our target audience and drives results.Â
🚀 Key responsibilities:- Content creation and distribution: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in producing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, website landing pages, emails, newsletters, etc, and effectively distributing it across different platforms
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives and content strategies that resonate with our target audience, with a focus on solar industry topics
- Thought leadership content: Identify thought leadership opportunities to position Glint Solar as a trusted voice and market leader
- SEO and keyword research: Proficiency in on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
- Content personalization: Personalize content and messaging for different customer segments, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with overall company goals and customer needs
- Data and Analytics: Analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategy
- 3+ years of content marketing or editorial experience for B2B SaaS
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content
- Experience in creating various types of content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, blogs, videos, etc
- Proficiency in SEO, social media, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling, audience-focused content that drives engagement and conversions
- Startup mindset with flexibility, agility, and adaptability
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Experience or interest in renewable energy
- Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Knowledge of HubSpot is a strong bonus
