Marketing Manager

Our mission is to help architects in communicating their projects by enabling them to create high-quality visualizations with ease. 

We are developing a web-based application where architects can generate visualizations of their 3D-models in a matter of minutes with the help of the latest AI technology. Our application speeds up design workflows and makes high-quality visualization available for a wider audience. 

In just over a year, thousands of architects from over 100 different countries have collectively generated millions of images on our platform.

What you will do

As an early hire, you will serve as a cornerstone of the company and you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills and take on greater responsibility as the company grows. You will also be able to partake in important decisions that significantly impact the company's future.

As a product-led growth company, marketing is at the heart of raising awareness about Visoid and ensuring that the right users discover and embrace our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our entire team to shape how Visoid is represented and communicated to the world. You will take charge of shaping and delivering our message to potential users through the most impactful and value-driven marketing channels.

As the Marketing Manager at Visoid, you will:

Collect and analyse user insight: Work together with the team to collect and analyse user insight and sales data to define the key target group, further develop the market positioning and map untapped opportunities.

Develop and execute Visoid’s marketing and communication strategy: Craft and implement innovative campaigns with focus on raising awareness and attracting new customers.

Lead digital marketing initiatives: Manage SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media channels to drive engagement and expand our online presence. Work together with internal or external content creators to deliver top of the class visual content.

Be part of a cross-functional team: Work closely with the whole team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Create educational and impactful content: Develop new marketing material that clearly communicates Visoid’s value to users, including blogs, case studies, webinars, and tutorials.

Analyze performance metrics: Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing and communication strategies to fuel growth.

Champion user engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our users through events, surveys, and community management initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with marketing, communication or sales

At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within software and technology, with preference for SaaS and/or product-led growth experience.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly with strong storytelling.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and qualitative research to draw actionable conclusions.

Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and capable of working independently to achieve measurable results.

A user-first mindset, with a passion for understanding and addressing user needs.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing startup environment with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.

Optional qualifications

Experience or interest in design, architecture or other creative fields.

Knowledge of generative AI tools or experience promoting AI-powered products.

Advanced degree or certifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating visual marketing materials.

Experience in business development or sales, with a strong understanding of aligning marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
